Ali promotes a commercially focused approach to MEP design, consistently delivering successful projects on time while maintaining enthusiasm, collaboration, and motivation across the team.

Phil is a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical design consultancy sector. He has established new offices, mentored engineers from graduate to director level, and successfully managed a diverse range of projects from concept through to completion.
Phil is dedicated to a proactive, solutions-focused approach that ensures seamless project delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.
