The development consists of a new build head office of an HGV sales business. The building will incorporate the business sales and admin departments alongside a modern interactive sales floor more akin to today’s car high-end car showrooms.
Design MEP was employed from stage 2 Planning to complete the detailed MEP design package for Tender submission, a client checking role will be continued once the project reaches the site.
