Design MEP was appointed by Topps Tiles to provide MEP design services for the refurbishment and fit-out of their head office.
The building was occupied throughout so careful consideration was made to ensure surrounding areas were not affected whilst the works progressed.
The works will bring a more inclusive work environment bringing multiple work teams together in an open-plan space, it also will assist with the drive to reduce energy consumption on-site with the inclusion of high-efficiency heat recovery ventilation and LED lighting.
