warehouse accommodation and two rooftop terraces.
Design MEP has provided RIBA Stage 5 Mechanical and Electrical coordination including a high level of detail to supply services as part of the interior design.
The building consists of 4 No. commercial buildings, each of differing age and construction. All MEP services are exposed, so the co-ordinated working drawings showed all services including conduits.
