Design MEP are providing RIBA Stage 4/5 full design on the redevelopment of ‘Brighton’s ugliest building’ on Preston Road.
The redevelopment consists of 229 apartments spread over three tower blocks, with a mix of one to three-bedroom apartments. There will be a communal work space on the ground floor and landscaped areas surrounding the buildings.
