Design MEP was employed by Taylor Wimpey to provide Stage 3 & 4 detailed MEP design and Tender package for this stylised residential development marketing suite.
The commercial unit included sales areas, interactive displays, sound booths and a public coffee bar. The design and product selection was paramount to ensure the services complemented the interior design template.
Additional to the MEP design we provided Dynamic thermal and energy modelling to ensure the unit was environmentally efficient.
