Close to the main Campus at Brighton University, the student hall of residence provides 99 self-contained studio apartments arranged around a pedestrian courtyard.
Sustainability compliance with local Planning requirements was achieved by incorporating Air Source Heat Pumps for Domestic Hot Water provision and Photovoltaics into the design.
