The project comprises a new build block which includes new School hall, dining area and Sixth Form study to accommodate additional pupil spaces and to expand the sixth form provision.
Design MEP completed full detailed design services in BIM Cobie for the new build element of the project. To achieve GLA and local Authority sustainability compliance, the project incorporates ASHP and photovoltaics, with energy efficient hybrid ventilation.
As part of the proposed scheme we also provide detailed design for refurbished areas of the school to enhance sixth form provision of Science and Design Technology
