Conversion of former grade two listed department store to include ground-floor retail, boutique hotel & rooftop bar. The project incorporates 108 serviced apartments, 5 no. ground floor commercial lets and new build rooftop bar.
The rooftop bar is a new build addition with original building features being protected and retained. Multiple tenants all with differing requirements resulted in early coordination of services and positioning of service risers.
The rooftop plant has been designed to reduce the visual and acoustic impact on the surrounding buildings. Renewable sources are integrated into the existing retained plant to improve operational efficiency.
