Unveiling Expansion: Our Leap to Open Two New Offices

Today, we are excited to unveil a significant milestone in our journey – Moving into our newly renovated Leicester office and opening our first office in Birmingham.
From an idea jotted on a pub coaster nearly 8 years ago, to the vibrant entity we are today, every challenge, setback, and triumph has propelled us forward with a renewed sense of purpose and determination.
Now a thriving team of 22, we outgrew our first office and have recently moved into our brand new, beautifully designed office space, with larger footprint and enhanced facilities to accommodate our growing team, and welcome clients and suppliers.
Our new space is a hub of innovation, collaboration, and creativity. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and designed with both comfort and productivity in mind, its where our talented team will continue to develop innovative solutions, and deliver unparalleled results for our clients.
We opted for Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) to upgrade our heating and cooling systems. These ASHP units are versatile, providing cozy underfloor heating in winter, hot water year-round, and refreshing cooling during the summer months. It’s an exciting step forward that not only enhances comfort but also promotes energy efficiency and eco friendly design.
We are extremely excited to have James O’Grady onboard as Director of the newly opened Birmingham office. Having worked on some exceptional projects in Birmingham in recent years, such as the iconic Octagon and One Eastside developments and building on our relationships with clients and developers, naturally the next step was to make the strategic step to expand the business into this area. With our presence now established in Birmingham, we are poised to extend our expertise and support to a broader spectrum of projects, including office workspace, education, sport and leisure, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, mixed use and residential.
James has been in the industry for 26 years and was in his previous role for 16 years as an Associate. James brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the Birmingham market, and fresh perspectives and ideas to continue the growth trajectory of the business. We are pleased to announce we have already secured some exciting new projects, such as QE Transplant Outpatients with David Paradine.
